Orders & Shipping
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Every product is either made-to-order or available in very limited stock. It usually takes 10–15 business days (or more during peak times) to dispatch your order. Shipping timelines depend on your location.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We’re working toward international orders soon!
3. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on your first prepaid order within India. Standard shipping charges may apply to future or subsequent orders.
4. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor the delivery status.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
5. Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns as our products are custom-made or produced in limited batches. We offer exchanges or store credit where eligible.
6. What if the size doesn’t fit?
We accept size exchange requests within 24 hours of delivery. You’ll need to send the product back, and we’ll send the updated size (if available). If not, you’ll receive store credit.
7. I received the wrong or damaged item — what do I do?
Please email us at ashivya.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos and order details. We’ll review and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
8. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued if your product is damaged or incorrect. For sizing issues or general dissatisfaction, we offer store credit or exchange only.

Payments & Order Modifications
9. What payment methods do you accept?
All orders must be prepaid. We accept payments via Razor pay — including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
🚫 We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
10. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, production begins and we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
Custom Orders & Gifting
11. Do you take custom design requests?
Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. You can place custom orders by messaging us on Instagram DM or WhatsApp before purchasing.
12. Do you offer gift wrapping or handwritten messages?
Yes, we offer gift-ready packaging and personalized notes on request. Just let us know at checkout or message us separately.
