At Ashivya, every piece is made with love — just for you. Since our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we want to ensure your experience with us feels as personal as the designs we create. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and refund policies.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is placed, we begin crafting your piece with care. As all products are made on order and not kept in ready or bulk stock, the production time typically takes 10–15 days or more, depending on design complexity and order volume.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship only within India.
Shipping Charges
• Prepaid Orders (First-Time): Enjoy free shipping on your first prepaid order within India.
• For all other orders, shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
Courier Partners
At present, we use trusted logistics providers integrated through Shopify. Specific partners may vary based on your location.
Related Policies
• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the courier partner’s timelines.
• Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (weather, strikes, service disruptions, etc.).
Refunds & Returns
We do offer refunds under some circumstances.
However, we care about your experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. This is rare, but if it happens, we've got you. we will offer:
• A replacement, or
• A store credit (valid for future use)
To be eligible:
• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ashivya.in@gmail.com.
• Please share your order number and clear photographs of the issue along with product and packaging detail.
We will review your request and respond with next steps. If approved, further instructions will be shared to proceed with replacement or store credit.
We do not offer refund for custom pieces under any circumstances.
In Case of Return To Origin(RTO)
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-acceptance, or any failed delivery attempt:
• We can re-ship your order. Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• If you choose to cancel after RTO, we will deduct shipping charges and any other applicable fees before issuing a store credit.
