RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ashivya, every item is lovingly made to order — crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. Since we do not maintain ready or bulk stock and produce in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. However, we’re happy to assist with exchanges and store credit where applicable.

Size Exchanges

If your item doesn’t fit as expected, we offer size exchanges subject to the following:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ashivya.in@gmail.com with your order number and size issue.

You must return the item in unused, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.

Return shipping is to be handled by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will Exchange for the requested size (if available), or Issue store credit if the size is unavailable.

*Note: Size exchanges are applicable only once per order and not valid for customized or altered pieces.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re committed to delivering quality — but in the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item:

Email us at ashivya.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Attach clear photos or videos showing the damage or issue, along with your order number.

After review and approval, we will offer:

 replacement, or Store credit, as  applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only under the following condition:

You received a damaged or incorrect product, and

Your return is approved after our quality check If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Refunds are NOT issued for:

Sizing issues (exchange or store credit only)

Change of mind

Orders returned due to refusal to accept delivery

Delays by third-party shipping

Unpaid shipping or customs duties (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at ashivya.in@gmail.com.

After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as production begins immediately.
